Hello, I have been playing AOE II HD recently (thanks to Steam Discount) and I have noticed (even if it has been addressed far time ago somewhere) that Forgotten Expansion Campaigns lack of narrator (or voice actor). Why? They are terrible and I'm having a hard time comprehending how Microsoft charged money for this. Recently I just bought . 15 Apr I could enjoy most of El Dorado missions. I could also enjoy most of "The Forgotten Battles". AoAK campaigns were somewhat "more playable" than Forgotten Empires. Those campaigns however often had setup in such way that knowing the map made missions far easier. African campaigns had more B&D.

AoKHeaven was a website that kept Age of Empires 2 alive for 10 years, and the users there create tons and tons of missions and campaigns. Their missions are complex and way different than the original, and The Forgotten's developers. The Forgotten adds seven additional single player campaigns (Alaric, Bari, Sforza, Dracula, El Dorado, Prithviraj, and Battles of the Forgotten) which are partially based on historical events. The "Battles of the Forgotten" campaign is, like the "Battles of the Conquerors" campaign in Age of Empires.
